BIOGRAPHY
As an experienced and authentic connector, Collette Kernaghan loves selling ideas, products, and services to help people. Highly innovative and strategic, Collette is skilled at identifying opportunities to increase effectiveness, positively impacting the bottom line. Educated at the University of Texas at Austin and the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico, Collette began her career in human resources, supervising 200 temporary employees for client companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Within her hometown of San Antonio, Texas, Collette has served the community as a Development Officer for the University of Texas Institute of Texan Cultures, the San Antonio Museum Association, San Antonio Youth Literacy, and Warm Springs Rehabilitation Foundation. Recently she led United Way’s Women United, also known as Bexar County’s largest women’s initiative, growing membership and membership dollars by 30%. Collette’s understanding of San Antonio, her love of people, and her desire to help them achieve their goals makes her ideally suited to connect client companies with high-caliber talent and vice versa.
