Kristina earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her professional career as a revenue Accountant for ExxonMobil in Houston, TX. She worked there for three years and then transitioned to a career in Pharmaceutical Sales for Merck & Company. After seven years of continued success in participating and supporting high-performance teams, she put her professional career on hold to embrace her most significant role yet: being a full-time mom and focusing on raising her three children.
When the time came, she re-entered the workforce as a co-founder of Mosaic Human Capital Solutions. Kristina brings a wealth of financial and treasury knowledge to the team. She is responsible for all accounting functions at Mosaic, including financial analysis and reporting.
In addition, she serves as Payroll Manager, overseeing all aspects of the payroll process and has experience in payroll system conversion and implementation. As an owner, she helps to develop the business strategy and goals for Mosaic. When not at work, Kristina enjoys attending her children’s athletic events, beach vacations with her family, cooking and practicing Pilates.
