BIOGRAPHY
Luke joined the United States Navy right out of High School and served honorably for 11 years as a Hospital Corpsman. During this time, Luke deployed several times to Afghanistan, Japan, and South Korea. Towards the last several years of military service, Luke developed a passion for recruiting, training, and organizational development. After receiving his graduate degree in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word, Luke worked with Amazon as a Senior HR Associate where he managed the HR needs of over 1000 employees.
Luke is a seasoned leader, lifelong learner, natural listener, and results-driven HR professional. He loves solving business problems, particularly related to recruiting, retention, and organizational development. He has worn many hats which have involved implementing applicant tracking systems, creating training programs, administering learning management systems, executive talent searches (in all industries), improving retention, benefits, vendor selection and so much more!
Luke excels in recruiting, organizational development, and training, but more importantly, he is able to understand client needs and create real results.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, being physically active, and loves traveling.
